What this page is

AutopilotBuilds.com is a single-page listing offering this domain name for sale. It has no accounts and no logins, but it is not a purely static page: the acquisition form is submitted to a server-side function that records your inquiry in third-party systems described below. The domain owner is the controller of that information. You can reach the owner at owner@autopilotbuilds.com.

What we collect

When you submit the acquisition form, you give us:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company name (optional)
• Your offer or asking amount, and which path you chose (purchase at asking price, or private offer)
• Your purchase timeline
• Your intended use for the domain (optional free text)

Our systems also generate a reference number for your inquiry, split your name into first and last name, and tag the record with this domain name. The hosting platform separately records standard request information for every submission, your IP address, browser user agent, and the time of the request, as part of its normal server logs. Our own application code does not write the contents of your submission to any log.

We do not collect payment details, identity documents, or any special category information, and the form does not ask for them. Please do not send them.

Who processes it

Your inquiry, and your visit to this page, are handled by the following service providers, who process information on our behalf:

• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector (HighLevel Inc.), our CRM, and the system of record for your inquiry. It receives your name, email address, company name, offer amount, chosen path, purchase timeline, this domain name, and the reference number, stored as a contact and an associated deal record.
• Resend, the service that emails your inquiry to the domain owner. It receives everything above plus your free-text intended use, and your email address is set as the reply-to address on that message so the owner can reply to you directly.
• Vercel, our host. It runs the code that processes the form, so it handles the entire submission in transit, and it keeps the standard request logs described above.
• Google, two separate roles. The owner's notification email is delivered to a mailbox hosted by Google, which therefore holds a copy of each inquiry. Google is also our analytics provider: this page loads Google Analytics 4, which measures visits to the page. It does not receive your form submission. See Cookies and tracking below for exactly what it collects.
• Cloudflare, provides DNS for this domain, and routes mail sent to owner@autopilotbuilds.com to the owner's mailbox. It sees DNS lookups and any email you send to that address; it is not in the path of your form submission.

These providers are based in the United States, so if you visit this page or submit the form from outside the US your information will be processed there. We do not sell your inquiry information, we do not add you to any marketing list, and we run no advertising, remarketing, or ad-personalisation tags on this page. No marketing email or SMS is sent to you from this listing.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use your information only to evaluate your inquiry, respond to you, and negotiate and complete a sale if both sides want one. If you are in the UK or EU, our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in evaluating and responding to offers for a domain we own.

You will not receive an automated email

We do not send you a confirmation email. After a successful submission the page shows a reference number on screen, keep it if you want to refer to your inquiry later. Any email you receive will be a direct reply from the domain owner. If someone contacts you claiming to represent this listing, verify it against owner@autopilotbuilds.com before acting on it.

No payment is taken here

This page collects no payment and no card, bank, or wallet details. Submitting the form is an inquiry, not a purchase and not a binding agreement. If terms are agreed in writing, settlement is completed through Escrow.com or another mutually accepted reputable escrow service, on that provider's own site and under its own privacy policy. Never send funds based on a screenshot, a chat message, or an unsolicited payment link.

Cookies and tracking

This page loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-VCKD9MBM5D). It is the only third-party script on the site, and the only reason we use it is to understand whether anyone is finding this listing at all.

Google Analytics collects, on our behalf:

• The pages you view here and when you view them.
• An approximate location, country, region, and usually city, which Google derives from your IP address.
• Device and browser information, such as browser, operating system, device type, screen size, language, and how you arrived at the page (for example from a search engine, a link, or a direct visit).
• A client identifier, a randomly generated number stored in a cookie under this site's own domain, so that several page views by the same browser are counted as one visitor rather than several.

Google is the processor for this, so loading the page makes a request to Google's servers. We do not send your name, your email address, or anything you type into the acquisition form to Google Analytics, and we use no advertising, remarketing, or session-replay scripts.

Google Analytics stays blocked unless you select Accept in the privacy choices card or enable Analytics in Cookie settings. Reject keeps analytics off. You can reopen Cookie preferences at any time and withdraw consent. We also honor Global Privacy Control signals. Separately, your browser's own autofill may remember what you typed into the form, which is under your control, not ours.

How long we keep it

We keep your inquiry record until the inquiry is resolved or you ask us to delete it. We do not currently run any automatic deletion schedule, so records are removed manually on request, please do ask if you want yours gone. Copies also exist in the email systems listed above, which retain messages under their own defaults; when we action a deletion request we delete the CRM record and the owner's email copy.

Google Analytics measurement data is separate. It is held by Google under that property's own retention setting, and it is not linked to your name, your email address, or your inquiry, so we cannot pick your visit out of it to delete it. Clearing this site's cookies in your browser resets the client identifier.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information you submitted, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to our use of it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

To make a request, email owner@autopilotbuilds.com from the address you used on the form, or from another address, telling us the one you used, and include your reference number if you have it. We will confirm and action it as soon as we reasonably can. This is the only channel for privacy requests; there is no account or dashboard to use instead.
